Xerox and Customers Offer Direct Marketers and Creative Pros Tools and Strategies for Digital Success at DMA08
At this year’s annual Direct Marketing Association conference, Xerox and some of its leading direct marketing customers, will demonstrate the importance of creating documents that are more relevant to consumers resulting in increased response rates and ROI. Xerox will bring the latest information on digital direct marketing campaigns to the stars of the industry, and give its Xerox Premier Partners a chance to see the stars of Hollywood, or at least their wax facsimiles.
During the exhibition, October 12-14 in Las Vegas, Xerox will feature 17 customers (in booth 927) who will discuss successful digital campaigns using Xerox technology: Aerios Direct, Associates Graphic Services, Avanzado, Budco, Cathedral Corporation, DME, DMI, Inc., DMM, EU Services, FSSI, Lexinet Corporation, MagnetStreet, Passkey Systems Inc., Quantum Group, Taylor Corporation, The Mahoney Company and TTMS. All are Xerox Premier Partners, a global print community of more than 750 leading digital print providers from 48 countries.
Xerox executives Shelley Sweeney, vice president and general manager of Xerox’s direct mail and service bureau segments and Bob Wagner, vice president of creative services business and the Premier Partners program, will be speaking during the conference.
During Sweeney’s presentation “Get Personal. Get Results! Personalization Techniques That Work,” taking place on Monday, Oct. 13 from 3:00 – 4:15 p.m., attendees will hear how personalization techniques can be used by companies large and small. The session will include how Reader's Digest used personalization techniques and increased sales from one campaign by 74 percent. Sweeney will co-present with Jeanette McMurtry, principal, chief strategy officer, e4marketing Company.
The following day, on Tuesday, Oct. 14 from 3:00 – 4:15 p.m., Wagner will take the stage with Xerox customer John Mahoney, president, The Mahoney Company and Daniel Johnson, business development manager, Intel, where the trio will discuss the “Blueprint for Custom Communications Success: A Cross-Media Personalization Approach.” The session will provide attendees with results-oriented case studies about how direct marketing helped high-tech companies be successful.
