New Sir Speedy Center Opens in Upper Montclair

Sir Speedy Press Release

Sir Speedy, Inc., a 40-year old printing and marketing services company has added a new location to its roster of franchised centers. Pradip Dave, owner of a previously independent printing business in Upper Montclair, has joined the network and begun operating under the Sir Speedy brand. In addition, Dave purchased an existing Sir Speedy location in East Hanover.

“Worldwide, the Sir Speedy brand is known for providing exceptional service and quality to our business customers,” said Richard Lowe, president of Sir Speedy, Inc. “Pradip is a strong operator who brings industry experience, customer service commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit to his business and our network. We are confident he will continue to lead his companies to even greater success with our strategic, financial, marketing and operations support.”

Dave’s Upper Montclair print business opened in 1978. He purchased it in 1997 and has grown it into a successful and profitable business. “I wanted to grow and expand even more, but doing so without a strong brand name in today’s competitive marketplace, is difficult. I knew I needed more support to take my business to the next level and I also was looking for another business to buy,” said Dave. “The strategic leadership along with training and support I have received from Sir Speedy has exceeded my expectations. I look forward to helping my customers grow their businesses, by offering them innovative products and services that I wasn’t able to provide as an independent printer, such as web-to-print and integrated direct marketing.”

The Upper Montclair location represents one of several recent conversions, where a successful independent business owner has chosen to join the Sir Speedy network to advance their business. Other recent conversions include new franchisee Mike Pomerantz, who through the Sir Speedy SmartMatch program purchased an independent print shop in Oxnard, California and then converted it to a Sir Speedy and Doug and Bridget Nelke of Glendale, Arizona who converted their commercial print shop to a Sir Speedy earlier this year.
