MyPrint Inks Five-Year $50 Million Licensing Deal With Jessup Media
The deal is MyPrint’s first licensing agreement with an advertising agency and represents a minimum $50 million in revenue for MyPrint over a five-year period.
MyPrint’s eTools ™ is an innovative, end-to-end brand asset solution for enterprise-level organizations. MyPrint’s customers include large franchised or multiple-unit, corporate-owned businesses that require online management, creation, production and distribution of printed materials and marketing collateral.
Jessup Media, an Irvine-based advertising and marketing firm that specializes in the health and fitness industry, has obtained the exclusive licensing rights to MyPrint’s eTools software for the health and fitness industries. Jessup Media’s clients include independent and franchise owners for several major health club, spa and smoothie chains.
