Designers, advertising agencies and graphic artists can now shape ideas in confidence using a wide range of media.

This system is based on the award-winning magicolor 7450, which has won several accolades on its print engine. The new magicolor 7450 II grafx boasts superior print speeds of 24.5 pages per minute (PPM), standard memory (768 MB), and duty cycles up to 120,000 impressions per month, while allowing unlimited creativity to take place in demanding network environments. The magicolor 7540 II grafx offers a standard 40 GB hard disk drive.

Handling a complete range of printing scenarios, the magicolor 7450 II grafx provides total document flexibility with 9600 x 600 dpi-class resolution, and contone printing technology that creates true-to-life photographic detail and smooth color gradients for high speed, high quality output with the image quality and consistency design professionals demand. High-performance and incredible speed allow small workgroups to lower costs but not compromise quality of print. The system handles up to 256 gsm paper (140 lb index), as well as paper sizes from 3.55” x 5.5” to banner-sized paper (12.25” x 47.24”). Varied media types, including thick paper, labels and more, can be processed via the 250-sheet multipurpose feeder and the 100-sheet multi manual feed tray. The paper capacity can be increased to a maximum of 1,850 sheets.
