Fey Industries, Inc. has signed a Letter of Intent with Printmark Industries, Inc. to acquire the brand and assets of Reflectix located in Hazelton, PA. The companies are in the due diligence and final negotiation stage.

“This is a great potential addition to Fey,” stated Michael B. Ziebell, president and CEO of Fey Industries, Inc. He added, "The innovative Reflectix Line is a perfect match with our expertise in the development of vinyl promotional products.”

“We see a lot of similarities in our businesses,” commented Lex Sloot, founder and president of Reflectix. He added, “Fey is a company who shares our company’s values and sees continued possibilities for our personal safety related promotional products.”

For 43 years Fey Industries has been a light manufacturer based in Edgerton, MN. Products include imprinted promotional products, such as, vinyl ring binders, calendars, tally books and desk and clip folders.

For 20 years Reflectix has been a manufacturer of retro-reflective promotional products that combine advertising impressions with personal walking, cycling, auto, home, and pet safety.
