In the first installment of a four-part series, Tom Crouser begins his investigation of the “Case of Legislation.” No, Tom’s not delving into politics. He’s advising company owners about how to lead their teams more effectively by creating and enforcing rules and regulations that govern working hours, including the limitation of demands for “flex” time. “A leader is one who leads; not one who follows the whims of those led,” he says.
