Digital Material Requirements

All ads supplied digitally must send one of the below-mentioned color proofs. We will do our best to match these proofs, however, different papers cause colors to look different. Also, if digital files are not supplied as listed below, we will again do our best to reproduce the ad as shown, but cannot be responsible for irregularities.

Miscellaneous Instructions/Standards

Desktop Instructions

• Use stylized fonts and do not apply style attributes to basic fonts
• All fonts, images/scans, logos/artwork must be embedded in the .EPS or Hi-Res PDF you send
• Do not nest EPS files in other EPS files
• All images/scans, logos/artwork must be in CMYK mode
• Four-color solids should not exceed SWOP density of 300%
• Supply InDesign Files Preflighted and Quark Xpress version 6.5 or lower collected for output
• Build bleed into document size

Additional Instructions

• Supply single pages and not spreads
• Single page image area should be no more than trim plus bleed

Content & Position Proofs

• Supply composite printouts with color clearly marked
• If proof is not printed at 100%, please indicate % of original
• Indicate if proof is for ID only or color only or is color calibrated

Type part of the name or full name of the person whom you want to send the file. Press continue. Select the name from the matches it found.
